Home Repair Plans Now Provided by HomeServe USA

Dominion Products and Services, Inc., an affiliate of Dominion Energy Inc., has partnered with HomeServe USA to provide customers optional home repair plans. These home repair plans offer affordable protection against costly and inconvenient repairs to systems throughout a customer's home and property.

Some of the repair plans available to Dominion Energy customers through this partnership include:
 •  Water Line Replacement
 •  Sewer Line Repair
 •  Heating and Cooling Repair
 •  Water Heater Repair and Replacement
 •  In-Home Gas Line Repair

Who is HomeServe?

HomeServe is an independent provider of home repair plans since 2003. Serving over 3.6 million U.S. homeowners, HomeServe has received an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. HomeServe is an independent company, separate from Dominion Energy.

What if I was previously enrolled in a home repair plan with Dominion Products and Services?

As of December 2017 the administrator of all home repair plans with Dominion Products and Services transferred to HomeServe USA. All active home repair plan customers received prior notification of this transfer.

HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp. (“HomeServe”), with corporate offices located at 601 Merritt 7, 6th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851, is an independent company separate from Dominion Energy and offers this optional service plan as an authorized representative of the service contract provider, North American Warranty, Inc., 175 West Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60604. Your choice of whether to participate in this service plan will not affect the price, availability or terms of service from Dominion Energy.
